We introduce you to the concept of "Vestlandsfusion" - a harmonious blend of Western Norwegian ingredients and international culinary traditions. With us, you will find everything from fresh seafood dishes, juicy meat dishes, delicate vegetarian options to irresistible desserts. As a bonus, you can enjoy the fantastic view over Vågen in Bergen and Bryggen.

Sjømat-inspirert buffet

Fra tirsdag til lørdag, kl. 16.00–21.00, serverer vi vår rikholdige buffet med et utvalg av ferske råvarer fra hav og land.

On the buffet you will find, among other things, fish of the day, meat of the day, creamy fish soup, mussels, natural crab claws and shrimp in shell, as well as a varied selection of side dishes, salads and other seasonal dishes.

We emphasize quality, great flavors, and seasonal ingredients. The menu may therefore vary slightly from day to day to ensure the best experience for our guests.

Our Bar Snacks menu is served Tuesday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The menu offers a selection of tasty appetizers and sharing dishes, inspired by both the sea and the best seasonal ingredients. Here you will find, among others, crayfish gratin with garlic and parsley butter, Sjø’s Pepper Crab with lime and bread, braised beef ribs with ginger and lemongrass glaze, and king oyster mushrooms with parsley hummus and pickled delicate onions.

For those of you who want something more filling, we also offer dry-aged pork neck from Nyyyt, Norwegian Salad with local ingredients and chèvre from Haukeli, and Sjø's Hamburger.

Perfect for a casual snack, sharing with good friends or as a tasty complement to an evening by the sea.

The Bar

The bar is the centerpiece of the venue. Here you will find a wide selection of wine, exciting cocktails, and other refreshing drinks that complement both the atmosphere and the dining experience.

The Vineyard

With us, you will not only have an unforgettable culinary experience but also a journey through our selection of exclusive wines from our own vineyard, Château Saint Martin de la Garrigue, idyllically located in the heart of Languedoc, France. With a variety of 18 different wines, including 8 whites and 10 reds, we are confident that we have something to suit every taste and occasion. From fresh and light white wines to full-bodied and complex reds, our wines are carefully handpicked and crafted with passion and dedication.

We can offer a unique venue for private events with up to 170 dining guests. In addition to bar and restaurant experiences, our premises are also excellent for tailored events. Our various areas, consisting of the Lounge, the Restaurant, the Wine Bar, and SJØ Skybar on the 7th floor, can be adapted for both large and small groups.
